Advancement Associate

Jess Roncarati-Howe is a results-oriented professional who has dedicated her career to helping our community. She has developed a passion for supporting organizations that promote dignity and quality of life through a lifetime of volunteer work. As a result of her graduate studies and almost twenty years of experience within the field, she has a strong understanding of program development, nonprofit management and how to lead a mission-based organization toward maximum community impact. Jess received a bachelor’s degree from Elms College in English and Fine Arts, graduating Magna Cum Laude as a National Endowment for the Humanities Scholar. Her master’s degree is from Bay Path University, where she majored in Nonprofit Management and Philanthropy with a certificate in fundraising. She is the Program Coordinator for Dress for Success of Western Massachusetts, and works as a nonprofit consultant. She currently serves her community as President of the Board of the AIDS Foundation of Western MA and member of the Academy Hill School Parents Association. She formerly sat on the Galaxy Community Council board, the Women in Philanthropy of Western MA board, and the Bay Path University alumni association council. She is a member of the Business West 40 Under Forty Class of 2012, and a member of the Leadership Pioneer Valley Class of 2017 and former coach. She lives in Wilbraham with her husband, dynamic six-year-old daughter, and one-year-old twin sons, who are growing much faster than she wants them to.
